who am I?
I’m John Coleman. A 6’5, 230lb dude addicted to weightlifting and cardio. And my passion is helping my brothers get in the best shape of their lives. I know what it feels like to be in horrible shape. See, I used to be 360lbs and on the verge of death from health problems that came from my weight and crappy lifestyle. Thankfully, I found the gym some years ago, taught myself how to eat for muscle and never looked back. Now I find my purpose in helping you guys do the same and I’m honored. Let’s start your journey.
